Below is a complete guide to help clients create and submit ad content for seamless integration with our mobile video display systems.
Front Screen and Back Screens
The front and rear-facing LED screens on our video truck require content that is at least 720p resolution, though 1080p is preferred for higher visual clarity. Text should be easily legible from a distance of at least 30 feet. We recommend a starting font size of 40 points for maximum readability. Keep messaging clear and bold with high-contrast colors to ensure it pops under various lighting conditions during both day and night routes in the Seattle metro area.
One Screen Each Side
When advertising with a single screen on each side of our mobile billboard truck, the same video specs apply: a minimum resolution of 720p, with 1080p preferred. Font size should again begin at 40 points and be readable from 30 feet. Including a QR code on your ad is strongly encouraged to enhance engagement. Make sure the code is displayed for at least 10 seconds and is paired with a call to action or your website URL, making it easy for viewers to scan and access more info instantly from the sidewalks or streets.
Two Screens Each Side
If you’re using dual screens on both sides, the video content must be created in a “two-up” format, meaning each half of the screen is treated as a separate visual frame. A minimum resolution of 720p (1080p recommended) is required. The suggested layout includes your company logo and website on one side, and a prominently displayed QR code on the other, creating a balanced and interactive visual experience. Complementary Video
Every client receives the option to have a basic video created for free as part of their ad campaign. Simply provide us with your logo, and our in-house creative team will generate three video mock-ups. You’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred version from the options. These designs are optimized to meet screen specs and grab attention while maintaining a professional brand presence on the streets of Seattle.

Add extra visual punch to your campaign with custom printed side banners. You’ll need two banners, one for each side of the truck. Each should measure 36 inches high by 120 inches long, with a 2 to 4-inch bleed included in the design file. To complete the surround-view branding experience, clients can include a rear-facing banner. This banner must also be 36 inches high by 65 inches long, with a 2 to 4-inch bleed. This back-facing banner is perfect for placing impactful closing messages or QR codes as vehicles and pedestrians trail behind the mobile billboard truck.
Top Banner
